Football Champion Son Heung-min Blackmailed by ‘Baby Daddy’ Scandal

Two accused blackmailers have been arrested on suspicions of extorting football champion Son Heung-min. The scheme started last summer when 20-something-year-old Ms. Yang sent Son and at least one other man a sonogram saying she was pregnant with their baby.

Son Heung-min agreed to pay Ms. Yang 300 million won in return for a confidentiality agreement. However, Ms. Yang’s new boyfriend wanted to extort additional money in March 2025 and the football star wasn’t having it. He reported the two to the police where they are under investigation.

But still, nobody knows who the real baby daddy actually was.
